Please plan to arrive between 4:30 PM and 4:45 PM to allow enough time to find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly. We kindly ask that all guests be seated by 4:45 PM.

You’ll only be walking on the sand during the beach ceremony and the short walk to the after-party. Cocktail hour will take place on the beach, but there will be walkways, lounge areas, and seating available so you won’t need to stand in the sand the entire time. The reception will be held off the beach on solid ground.

The ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch will all take place at the hotel where we recommend guests stay. All other wedding events are within walking distance of the hotel, so no transportation will be needed.

You can use taxi service which is found right outside airport! please note that most taxis take cash!

You can do so directly with the hotel starting 8/15. Simply call the hotel , reference your confirmation # and book in advance to secure your spot if interested. No reservations and no cost for regular pool seating and beach seating in the sun

For dinners, we suggest making reservations for nights outside of 11/12 & 11/13. We highly suggest, Ruinas Del Mar, Shisen, Azia, Papiamento, Wilhelmina, & Giannis. These are some of our favorite spots!

For lunch, you should not need reservations. We suggest Eduardo’s, Pelican Nest, Sexy Shrimp, Lola Taqueria, Amore Mio Pizzeria, & Bugaloe. (All close to property)

If you want to stay on property, the hotel has amazing lunch options including sushi, pizza, tacos, and more!on

Yes! Aruba is called “One Happy Island” for a reason. One of the reasons we love Aruba so much, is because it has been named safest destination in the Caribbean. As always, when traveling you should exercise  normal safety precautions!

While there is no uber on the island, taxis are very easy to catch. Simply walk to the front of the hotel, and request one. We have never waited more than 5-10 minutes! Please note most taxis take cash only

Before traveling to Aruba, make sure you have a valid passport and complete your Aruba Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) Card before departure. The ED Card is a required entry form for all travelers and can be completed at https://arubaedentry.com/. Once completed, have your approved ED Card readily available (either digitally or printed) to present at the airport if requested. We also recommend keeping your flight itinerary, accommodation confirmation, and any other travel documents easily accessible to help ensure a smooth travel experience.
